Shipment and handling should be completed within 30 to 90 BUSINESS days, preferably sooner ( Please note these do not include weekends & holidays ). We are unable to transport specific products to all locations due to certain limitations. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery mistakes or delays, out-of-stock items, or production delays. Orders will be filled in the order they are received, however due to the strong demand for some items, it is possible that they will SOLD OUT before they are processed.

Some items are pre-ordered, which means they will ship after the order is placed but within a specific time frame. There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations allowed for limited release items or pre-order items.
