What Shipping Methods Are Available?
- Standard shipping is the least expensive shipping option, it normally takes 2–7 days to ship. For order weighing less than 16 oz. For instance, a single tank top, cap, or t-shirt.
- Upgraded Shipping. Still extremely reasonable and usually ships in 2–7 days. For things that weigh more than 16 ounces, this is necessary. For instance, two or more t-shirts, one hoodie, or a single pair of joggers.
- Express shipping is rather pricey but offers very quick delivery. available for all sizes of packages.
Smaller orders are often shipped using Ascendia/USPS first class mail or Ascendia/USPS priority mail. For bigger shipments, we might use Ascendia, USPS, or UPS for shipping.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Domestic orders in the US will take 2 to 7 shipping days. International orders can take up to two to three weeks depending on the country you are ordering from.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We understand that sometimes things change and plans may need to be adjusted. However, once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations or changes to the order. As our products are made at order specifically for each customer, it is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been processed. We want to ensure that our customers receive the best quality and personalized product, and this process starts as soon as an order is placed.
Can I Return a Product?
As a business, we recognize the value of client happiness and constantly work to deliver the finest service imaginable. We do not accept returns, though, as each item is unique and made to order especially for the buyer because every piece of apparel is made at the time of purchase. Knowing they are getting a really one-of-a-kind and customized product is something we want our customers to take pride in and be pleased about.
That being said, if there is a problem with the product, we encourage our customers to reach out to us to discuss potential compensation.
